1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to adults using HomeVergleich24 to request referrals and businesses submitting non-binding partnership enquiries. The provider is identified in the legal notice. Separate terms apply to agreements with contractors.
2. Our service
You can submit details of a solar or heat-pump project. We review your enquiry and help identify up to three suitable contractors, considering service, project details, location and availability within our network. This is not a comparison of every provider in the market.
We do not guarantee a particular number of offers, response time, grant, saving or successful referral. Contractors assess technical feasibility and binding prices. Website information does not replace individual technical, tax or grant advice.
3. Cost and process
Submitting an enquiry and our referral service are free and non-binding for prospective customers. By submitting, you ask us to process your enquiry. This does not place an order for equipment or installation or oblige you to accept an offer.
Planning, supply and installation require a separate agreement with a contractor, who is responsible for its own offers and services. Statutory information and withdrawal rights relating to such agreements remain unaffected.
[Explain contractor remuneration and any influence on selection.]
4. Information and contact
Please provide accurate information and only data you are entitled to use. Projects on another person’s property require the necessary permission. Let us know if details change or you no longer wish to proceed.
We may contact you using your supplied details to handle this specific enquiry. It is not blanket permission for advertising. Before sharing data with contractors, we identify the intended recipients and obtain the necessary authorisation.
5. Partnership enquiries
A partnership enquiry allows us to consider working together. It does not create membership of the network, a paid contract or an entitlement to leads. Services, fees and data protection responsibilities require a separate agreement.
6. Availability and acceptable use
Maintenance and technical problems may temporarily affect availability. You can use the contact details in the legal notice if you need assistance. Abusive enquiries, unlawful content and attacks on the website’s security are prohibited.
7. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Contractors’ responsibility for their own services does not affect our liability for our own conduct. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy and ending an enquiry
The privacy policy explains data processing. You may ask us to stop handling an enquiry at any time. We retain information only to the extent needed for legal obligations or legal claims. Separately given consent may be withdrawn for the future.
9. Applicable law
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply. An existing enquiry remains subject to the version agreed when it was submitted.
